Pre-Registration is now CLOSED!

If your pre registration is post marked on of before Sept. 12 it will be accepted and processed. Any that come in after will be returned to sender. REGISTRATION CARDS WILL BE MAILED OUT THE LAST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER.

Pay at the gate admission is $20. Sorry NO dash plaques (we will have limited supply that can be purchased.).

PICK YOUR POISON raffle will be in full swing again this year. ALL proceeds go to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Bring your dollars!!!

We will also have Family Pathways on site again collecting food and cash donations in support of the local food shelf. This year FP’s is hoping to collect food for the holidays. Think of your fave holiday type foods, non-perishables and bring them to the Ball for collection.

Don't forget to bring treats for Trick or Treating by the kids!

Pre registration participants please follow this map. This gate will be open until 8am. Once this gate it closed you will need to use the main gate in the map above.

MAIN GATE

Please reference this map for your morning of main/pay gate entrance. The highlighted green route will be your only access to the main gate. For those bringing a trailer in we do have a designated area for a safe unload inside of the main gate.
